No one needs me, oh my darling,
neither once nor for eternity.
Everynight I return to the same dream,
Full of nightmares and screams.
The sea calls for me with a melodious whisper,
The sky sheds tears for my sorrows,
The forest roars at me.
Yet I have no luck,
I have no salvation.
As I know no one wants my pain
Neither once, nor for eternity.
Oh my poor lonesome soul,
Nowhere to go, no where to call home!
All this pain I can no longer control:
This soul has no home and remains forever alone.
Oh how desperately I would like to find hope,
No more agony I can cope.
To find someone to count on:
Maybe an angel from above,
Sent from the beyond.
For what I crave is only abit of care and love.
As I stand here and wait:
Only for time to heal,
Not knowing how much more pain I can conceal.
