We’re losing our will to peruse,
so what really can one deduce?
Is it us being hardcore material?
or is it our unwillingness to choose?
To choose between a book,
and a laptop or a cellphone,
To choose between a text,
or a youtube video next?
Are we saving a habit that’s dying?
Or is it already dead?
In hopes of technological advancements,
What treasure have we fled?
